FAQs

Below we've listed the answers to some common questions. We hope you can find all the information you need but if there's anything else you'd like to know then do get in touch with the team on lrmevents@dennis.co.uk.

Are tickets charged per person or per vehicle?

The ticket is for the vehicle rather than the number of people inside. The events are child and dog friendly, but please do make sure that they are all safely secured within your vehicle.

Can I bring my kids and/or dog?

The events are children and dog friendly, but please do make sure that they are all safely secured within your vehicle.

What does the ticket include?

Your ticket gains you access to the event, and includes as many circuits around the off-road track as you can manage in the allotted time, as well as your exclusive LRM goody bag. You will also have the chance to meet the LRM editorial team, and receive expert instruction from the marshals on the route.

Do I have to go to the safety briefing, even I've done this before?

Everyone has to attend the safety briefing whether it's your first or fiftieth off-road day to meet the requirements of our health and safety rules, and to ensure that you know about anything that might affect your day. Only those that have attended the safety briefing will be allowed out on the track, so do make sure you get there at the allocated time before your slot to make sure you are fully briefed. If you miss the safety briefing then you will not be able to participate.

Do I have to have experience of off roading to come along?

No, you don't need to be an experienced off-roader to come along to one of our events! This is a chance for everyone, whatever their ability, to put their vehicles through their paces and learn how to use them as they were built to be used.

Do I need a helmet?

Helmets are not required to take part in this event, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like to use one.

Can one of my passengers have a go at driving the car?

Your passengers are welcome to drive your vehicle as long as they have their own full UK driving licence, and you have the correct insurance to allow them to use it.

Can I attend more than one session?

You can book on to as many sessions as you like but you will have to pay for each one.
